YPG系列不⌘鏽鋼帶水冷壓片機由壓輥，不鏽鋼帶，破碎輥和行走系統組成，從擠出機擠出的熱熔狀態的物料被壓輥壓成1-1.5mm厚的片狀，然後片狀物料在輸送過程中用冷水噴淋到不鏽鋼帶背面，持續將⌘物料冷卻到固態，最後破⌘碎成片狀物料落入料鬥，注意：冷卻水溫度應≤14℃

YPG series stainless steel water cooling band

This series cooling belt  is composed of cooling rolls, stainless steel band conveyor, crusher and driving system. The discharged material from extruder is sheeted at thickness of 1-1.5mm by rollers .The sheeted material is transported to the crusher while being continually cooled by water which is sprayed to the underside surface of the stainless steel band. Then crushed chip material falls down to the hopper. Attention: Temperature of cooling water should be ≤14℃
